Product Designer / UI·UX Designer

DASOMX Inc. is an AI technology company building the next generation of learning and agentic platforms, including LEIA, a generative AI–powered course creation system, and OKCHAT.AI, an enterprise-grade conversational AI platform.

We design products that solve real problems in education, organizations, and industry through intuitive, human-centered UX — and we are looking for a designer who can help us shape that experience.

Position

Product Designer / UI·UX Designer

Role & Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for LEIA platform interfaces (Creator / Learner / Admin)
• Improve UX for OKCHAT.AI chatbot and agentic service workflows
• Plan and prototype new Agentic Workflow and CCC (Collaborative Content Creation) platform features
• Build and maintain a component-based design system (Figma)
• Define and manage brand guidelines (color, typography, layout, etc.)
• Support marketing visuals including banners, event posters, thumbnails, and presentation assets

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma and component-based prototyping
• Strong understanding of core web/mobile UI·UX principles
• Ability to articulate design rationale clearly and logically
• Ability to collaborate closely with developers and iterate quickly
• Portfolio demonstrating design process and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or large-scale product design
• Experience in EduTech, AI, or agent-based service environments
• Previous work with design systems and scalable UI components
• Additional skills in branding, motion, illustration, or visual identity
• Ability to work with English UI/UX documentation

Collaboration Environment

• Figma for prototyping and developer handoff
• GitHub Issue–based workflow and agile iteration
• Fast feedback loops and cross-functional collaboration
• Close communication with development and product teams

Work Conditions

• Location: SOM LAB (Handong University Genesis Lab) or remote (flexible)
• Employment Type: Internship / Part-time / Full-time (negotiable)
• Compensation: Based on experience and capability
