ASA – Agentic Solutions Architect

About the Role

The Agentic Solutions Architect (ASA) plays a key role in transforming complex client challenges into AI-powered workflows that seamlessly connect LEIA, OKCHAT, and AX. ASAs design integrated learning and operational ecosystems where knowledge flows naturally into action and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and translate them into clear Agentic Workflows
• Design end-to-end solutions using LEIA (learning systems), OKCHAT (interactive AI), and AX (hybrid AI for industrial intelligence)
• Conduct workflow modeling, architecture design, and PoC implementation
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to guide technical execution
• Lead client-facing discovery, solution proposals, and ongoing technical communication
• Support adoption of AI-driven learning, knowledge management, and process transformation
• Deliver workshops, documentation, and best-practice guidelines for client enablement

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data/workflow design
• Experience with web technologies (e.g., JS/TS, Python, cloud platforms)
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based AI concepts
• Ability to break down complex problems and structure them into actionable workflows
• Excellent communication skills and client interaction experience
• Experience in education, learning systems, or enterprise transformation is a plus
