✅ Key Responsibilities
Strategic Grant Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end process of identifying and securing high-value government R&D grants and strategic projects (Targeting 1B+ KRW scale).
Tech-Business Synthesis: Translate deep technical specifications into compelling business cases, defining Value Propositions and Business Models (BM).
Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of secured projects, including budget allocation, KPI tracking, milestone reporting, and final audits.
Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the Product/Engineering teams and the Business/Operations teams to gather data and align project goals.
Stakeholder Relations: Manage external communications with government agencies, research institutes, and strategic partners to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
🎯 Qualifications
Technical Literacy: Ability to deeply understand our core technology and articulate it in business-centric language.
Proven Track Record: 3–7+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or technology commercialization.
Strategic Writing: Exceptional skills in logical structuring and technical writing (Experience in successfully securing multi-million dollar grants is a plus).
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in market analysis (TAM/SAM/SOM), financial forecasting, and risk management.
Project Discipline: Strong ability to manage multiple high-stakes deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality.
✨ Preferred Qualifications
Experience in leading large-scale projects (e.g., TIPS, Deep-tech R&D, or National Strategic Projects).
Background in Tech Accelerators (AC), Venture Capital (VC), or Corporate Strategy departments.
Expertise in IP (Intellectual Property) strategy and technology valuation.
Strong network within government agencies (MSS, MSIT, etc.) or relevant tech-evaluation bodies.
