Responsibilities

• Prepare service planning documents and feature specifications
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys
• Perform policy and market research
• Define requirements and structure system workflows
• Collaborate with product and leadership teams to provide strategic insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to analyze problems and write structured planning documents
• Interest or experience in UX research
